High Density Cleaner is mainly used for removing heavy impurities to clean pulp in pulping making system, it has the advantage of small occupied area, large production capacity and easy to operate.

Pulp enters into high density cleaner along tangent direction under pressure, use the input and output pressure gap as power to make pulp screwing along cone and produce centrifugal force, with the effect of centrifugal force, heavy impurities in the waste paper are thrown at the surface of upper cone, and move down naturally by gravity, accepted pulp be output. Heavy impurities and some fiber sink to the lower cone, with washing of high pressure backwash water, fiber floates to the upper cone ,and heavy impurities sink to the slag pot.

Paper is made from the processed stock on a papermaking machine . Ordinarily there are two kinds of machines used for making paper. The fourdrinier invented by Louis Robert in France in 1799 and commercialized in England in 1804; and the cylinder machine invented by John Dickinson of Germantown Pennsylvania in 1809. The fourdrinier section of papermaking machine is a framework, fabricated from steel, cald with a corrosion-resistant covering( usually stainless steel). This framework supports the wire, table rolls, stock save-all, suction boxes, and other fourdrinier parts.  The most important part of the fourdrinier is the wire, of finely woven metal cloth which allows drainage, but retains fiber. The fact that mankind ever stumbled upon this process is shear genius as the paper making process follows three steps: preparation of the fibers, sheet formation, and drying. Paper pulping process During the first step of the paper making process, the material used to make the paper is converted to pulp, which is a concentrated mixture of fibers that are suspended in liquid. Generally, the fibers are those found naturally in softwood trees, hardwood trees, or other plants. The fibers can also come from recycled paper, such as from newsprint, old corrugated boxes, and mixed paper.
