Inflow Pressure Screen is widely used in the fine screening of wood pulp, straw pulp and waste paper pulp, especially suitable for net filter before paper machine, it has the advantage of high quality screen, low pulse and reliable operation. 

 Inflow Pressure Screen Maintenance 
1. Main shaft bearing lubricated with grease, automatic oil device should be maintained in a certain oil level. 
2. Cover lifting device bearing oiled once a year. 
3. Triangle tape tension must be checked. 
4. Always check the mechanical seal cooling water supply. 
5. In order to avoid restart difficulties, when the machine stopped for a long time, the pressure screen cylinder must be carefully cleaned.

Paper is made from the processed stock on a papermaking machine . Ordinarily there are two kinds of machines used for making paper. The fourdrinier invented by Louis Robert in France in 1799 and commercialized in England in 1804; and the cylinder machine invented by John Dickinson of Germantown Pennsylvania in 1809. The fourdrinier section of papermaking machine is a framework, fabricated from steel, cald with a corrosion-resistant covering( usually stainless steel). This framework supports the wire, table rolls, stock save-all, suction boxes, and other fourdrinier parts.  The most important part of the fourdrinier is the wire, of finely woven metal cloth which allows drainage, but retains fiber. All of us use paper every day. Yet, few realize all of the steps necessary to change plant material to this common, every day product. The fact that mankind ever stumbled upon this process is shear genius as the paper making process follows three steps: preparation of the fibers, sheet formation, and drying. Paper pulping process During the first step of the paper making process, the material used to make the paper is converted to pulp, which is a concentrated mixture of fibers that are suspended in liquid. Generally, the fibers are those found naturally in softwood trees, hardwood trees, or other plants.
